My stay ruined by lack of working Air-Conditioning. As windows do not open (for safety) without aircon on a hot day it’s unbearable. Also two night stay did not result in a room clean & fresh towels. Reception was unmanned on arrival and again during my stay and finally on departure so unable to report issues. Disappointing.

Had a two night stay, first night was horrible with the air con making a noise not unlike the sound of a helicopter coming into landing. Complained in the morning and they very efficiently moved me rooms, second night much better. Staff excellent They’ve taken over the restaurant next door and are incorporating it into their operation

The room was good and the initial welcome from Maz on the desk was second to none. The service ladies in the breakfast area were very helpful but some of the cooked breakfast items were of low quality and there was very little choice for the continental breakfast. Overall it was a good hotel with plenty of free parking and an easy walk to the town centre with bus and train stations nearby.

Beautiful set up for my mom’s wedding meal that I attended. Such beautiful little details. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The manager went above and beyond, couldn’t thank her enough. She was amazing! Food was all hot and tasted great.

Everyone was friendly, super helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to be part of their day. The team was on it when it came to keeping things on schedule, making sure drinks were flowing, and checking in with us without ever being intrusive. They made it feel easy, even though I’m sure they were working hard behind the scenes. Honestly, we weren’t expecting such a warm and polished experience from a hotel chain, but Rachel and the team completely exceeded expectations. Couldn’t have asked for better service on such an important day. 5* service.

The hotel is very central to town and less than 10 minutes walk. Easy to find with a large car park. We had a family room although only 2 of us with a massive window overlooking some trees which was lovely and gave us lots of light. The bed, pillows, duvet etc all fab and typical of premier inns, so comfortable. A lovely restful stay.

Visited restaurant and harlee veryhelpfull with are requirements and allergies. Good food. Felt welcome . Other staff welcoming too. Looking forward to seeing how they do for breakfast . Would recomend on the expeeiwnce so far. Thankyou Harlee

Jodie worked really hard and did not stop all night very well, Ellie and Harleen served at us at the restaurant where we received really good service and had premier inn exclusive Dreamcacher cocktail and other cocktails. Evan and Demi were the chefs and made our gammon and fish&chips. Overall really good experience.
