Best Western Plus Properties in Strasbourg

We were in Strasbourg for 4 days and were very impressed. The welcome at the hotel was very warm. Everything was explained in a very friendly manner (city map/parking/sights, etc.) The room was fine, clean and charmingly furnished. There is a kettle so you can make coffee or tea at any time. The bathroom is very modern and clean. Small note: we were missing a power socket here. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. We would particularly like to praise the extremely friendly, multilingual staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet. That is no longer a given these days. Otherwise, the hotel is relatively central to the sights. You don't need a car or public transport. Conclusion: Everything was to our complete satisfaction and we would recommend the hotel without hesitation

The carpet near the bar in the room was wet for most of the time, maybe the previous occupant spilled some water. Other than that, all is very satisfaying, the receptionists are super professional. The location is convenient to all nearby attractions. I had the court yard view room, it is so quiet and I love it!
