Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France Reviews

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Petite France. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. On-site parking is available for 15 euros per night.

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

The accommodation is good but there is no soap since the first day of check-in and I informed the staff at the counter but they did not fix it.

I really enjoyed the experience The room is nice and clean, the breakfast service is good, and the front desk is composed with nice people, especially Patricia who was very helpfull.

It takes about 10 minutes from the train station to the hotel, and about 10 minutes from the hotel to Petite France. The hotel is generally clean, the room is larger than usual, some lights in the room are broken, there is a kitchen, the exhaust fan is very old, the toilet paper is not of good quality, but luggage can be stored

This was the third or fourth aparthotel of this chain during the vacation. Only here they asked for a deposit. But the disgusting breakfast was something else! They stacked dirty dishes on two tables right in the restaurant. It was shocking!

Although it's a little far from the station, it's within walking distance and the front desk is used to dealing with tourists and was very helpful. The room has a simple kitchen and is equipped with cooking utensils such as frying pans and plates, so you can cook your own meals. I thought it was a good place overall, and reasonably priced.

The accommodation is simple, but the rooms are large, clean, and functionally equipped. You'll receive a friendly welcome at reception. The breakfast, while limited in selection, is perfectly adequate – children can eat for free. Unfortunately, all supplies were apparently used up after the weekend, so the breakfast buffet on Monday was even more sparse at first and only adequately stocked after a new "stocking" was completed. Unfortunately, the missing soap and towels in the "public" restroom were not refilled even after three days.

Excellent aparthotel, not far from the center. There is the possibility of parking on the hotel territory, if necessary they provide an iron and other accessories. We had a room on the 2nd floor, windows to windows to the neighboring building and to the construction site. But it was not noisy, so we came to spend the night, it was not annoying. The bed is normal, the room itself is small and the kitchen space is also miniature, compared to other rooms in the hotels of this chain.

Overall, good value for money, but if you like showers, rooms with bathtubs are not a good choice. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, but there are some hardware problems. For example, I found that the heating of the air conditioner is almost unusable (no effect), and I can't find the hair dryer... For travelers who like to experience the humanistic atmosphere, this is a hotel of choice.

Unfortunately, we had to change rooms twice because the rooms, especially those on the third floor, weren't cleaned properly. As someone with allergies or asthma, this really wasn't a good idea. I woke up every morning with an allergic reaction and had trouble breathing. For someone paying at least €80 a night at this hotel, you can expect a minimum level of cleanliness. There was so much dust on and around the pictures, as well as under the bed and the vents, that just looking at it made you feel sick. On top of that, there was a large construction site across the street with lots of noise and little privacy. It was still once and not at all recommendable.
