I was greeted by the daughter of the family who owns the property. She was so lovely and helpful! I was in need of a bike and she provided me with it and also told me about what to do and see around Mondsee. The room itself had a wonderful view of the golf course, it was clean and had all the things I needed.

The hotel sits in a golf course and close to the lake (views). It sits on top of a hill almost so you can see the golf course, the lake and the beauty all around. Staff was very friendly and courteous. There is no elevator, not too many stairs to reach second floor. Views from rooms we stayed were beautiful! (We stayed twice coming back from bicycle trip). Spacious and comfortable room, though first time it was bigger. We did not like the breakfast nor dinner. Food at breakfast was poor as far as choice, fruit and vegetables were scarce and not fresh, bread was not fresh. Everything almost looked like leftovers or that it is scarce so as not to waste food. We didn't like it. In 10 days of biking, this was the only hotel that breakfast was not desirable.

Wir waren als Familie eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Der Kontakt im Vorhinein war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir für unsere dreijährige Tochter weder beim Zimmer noch beim Frühstück etwas bezahlen mussten. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber. Die Lage neben dem Golfplatz ist auch wirklich nett. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es war für jeden was dabei. Leider wurde der gute Eindruck etwas beim Abendessen getrübt. Der Kellner war äußerst unfreundlich. Zudem servierte er uns die Getränke und bevor wir Essen bestellen konnten, wurde uns erstmal aufgezählt, was es von der Karte nicht (mehr) gibt. Das war ziemlich viel und die Auswahl war sowieso nicht groß. Dann sagte er uns (nachdem wir bereits die Getränke hatten), dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen könne. Das war natürlich ungünstig. Das alles hat am Ende dazu geführt, dass wir woanders Abendessen waren. Sehr schade...

Preis/Leistung ist gut.Die Zimmer sind schon renovierungsbedürftig.Aber für ein verlängertes Wochenende ausreichend .An der Reception sitzt ein sehr netter junger Mann ,er war sehr hilfsbereit.Das Restaurant furchtbar.Unmotiviert.Ist in Persischer Hand.Macht einen Gin Tonic und mit bloßen Händen die Eiswürfel ins Glas.Das geht garnicht.Und sehr sehr unfreundlich.Das Frühstück war minimalistisch.Das Brot war alt und vorm schimmeln..Die Butter knapp vorm ablaufen. Wegen dem Restaurant werden wir es nicht mehr buchen.

L’hôtel est situé dans un environnement magnifique et très calme, avec vue sur le golf et les montagnes. Et en bas le Mondsee. Chambre triple très vaste, avec une belle terrasse et des équipements qui datent un peu. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. On a dîné chaque soir sur la grande terrasse, où la carte comporte des plats autrichiens, italiens et iraniens. Service sympathique. Une belle expérience, même si le prix de la chambre ( 270 euros par jour) nous a semblé fort élevé.
