Very good facilities and a good location for coming by car.

The hotel staff were rude and unfriendly! During check-in, they immediately asked me to pay the room fee, even though I said I had already paid through Ctrip. The staff member said she hadn't received it. Finally, her colleague checked the computer system and didn't press me for payment. But there wasn't even an apology! Also, during check-in, I emphasized to the staff that I had included special requests in my booking. But the staff member didn't even glance at the system and simply replied that there were no rooms available for me to choose from! When I opened the door, I was horrified to find that I had been given a disabled room; everything in the bathroom was designed for wheelchair height. It was extremely inconvenient to use! The room was very poorly soundproofed; there was constant thumping from upstairs all night! I stayed one night at the same brand hotel in Buckinghamshire, and they accommodated my requests, and the staff were very friendly! But I will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel requires you to pay for parking, £7! Other hotels (I stayed at 6 different hotels) were free.

A very satisfying stay. The room was clean and well-lit with windows. The front desk was attentive and check-in and check-out were quick. Luggage storage was also free and easy. Breakfast was a traditional English breakfast with all the essentials, including hot tea. I really enjoyed it. Five points recommended.

The stay experience was excellent. The room facilities and hygiene were OK. I was impressed by the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. The hotel restaurant was a pleasure to dine in. The price/performance ratio was very high. I would choose it again if I had the chance.
