"We booked the hotel for one night during our tour of Great Britain. The journey there is quite impressive. When we arrived, around 5:15 pm, the wonderful smell of roast meat and gravy filled the air. I was already annoyed that we had eaten already 😕 We received a friendly and courteous welcome. Our room was on the second floor. It was one of the smaller rooms we've had so far. It was furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, chair, bathroom with a bathtub, and carpet. The hotel is dog-friendly. The garden is large enough for a short walk. You can also bring your dog to breakfast or dinner. However, they are not allowed in the main dining room, only in the adjoining lounge. Which isn't a problem at all."
