The soundproofing equipment is very poor, the room is closed, the soundproofing effect of the corridor is not good, and the waiter is not enough... which leads to the lack of service. It is purely a budget hotel, considered as a post station...it can be qualified.

Really poor!! Would not stay with premier inn again. The cleanliness was disgusting, the bedding had stains and rips, the curtains had moth holes, there was ********** on the bedding, marks over the walls. My 5 year old found a pack of paracetamol under one of the beds which could have been fatal I hadn’t have noticed this. The heating was not working either. After initially making this know to staff we were told that no other room was available. But then after requesting a refund we were offered a different room. The new room was cleaner but still not expected standards. We had travelled as a family ( 2 children 5 and 6) for 4 hours from South wales to stay with you and we was let down by yourselves - will not be returning!!

Avoid , construction down stairs , stank of paint and woken up from drilling and sawing . Stains on extra pillows , could hear neighbours having a wee , air conditioning spat out dirt all over our new clothing we had just purchased . Woke up throughout night from constant doors banging. Breakfast was cold and either under or over cooked . Finger nail next to bed

What a lovely stay from start to finish. This stay was a Christmas present for my little boy and the staff (especially val and Karen) went above and beyond to make our stay special. The pair of them are a credit to the company and really made us feel welcomed and at home. We came during the refurbishment so we new We wouldn't get breakfast the first morning but would on the Tuesday. It was worth the wait! Everything ran smoothly and was hot, fresh and tasty. The room is Everything you expect in a Premier Inn and clean and fresh. We'll definitely be back!

First time staying at this Premier Inn, I normally book the one a bit further up. After reading the reviews I was dubious and felt like i had made a mistake but I really had nothing to worry about. Hotel is easy to find, ample parking spaces and there was no queue to check in. Check in was easy, all done on the screens and a member of staff was on hand to help. We had a ground floor room and it was very nice. Bed was comfy, pillows soft, towels plenty and the room was clean. Within walking distance of the Trafford Centre and easy to get to just by crossing the road. I would definitely stay here again, without hesitation. Construction work going on in the hotel, but we didn't hear a thing, no drilling or banging and we were ground floor on the same side as the work being completed. No restaurant, but this was advertised on the website and twice as a pop up before proceeding with booking as well as information on the construction work. But with the Trafford opposite, you won't go hungry!

Quick and friendly service from our waiter Amar. Food was tasty and good value for money. It’s very convenient that the restaurant is located in the hotel. Despite it being a Saturday evening, the restaurant didn’t feel too busy and the tables were spaced nicely.

Fab location for the Trafford centre, comfortable bed and friendly staff. I didn’t go 5 stars purely because the restaurant was shut and we couldn’t have the prebooked breakfast and need to wait for this to be refunded post stay. We did see what the restaurant is due to look like and it does look nice. They did put on some complimentary croissants to try and help, but these quickly run out.

Restaurant was closed and no communication prior to arrival around same. Ran out of croissants and fruit, asked why and explained they didn't order enough. Checkin was ok, queues outside to the car park but no self checkin machines which would have helped the staff.

Stopped here as a halfway point on our travel journey, and wanted somewhere close to Old Trafford and the Legoland discovery centre. Great location, great price. Premier Inn rarely disappoints! The staff here were more than friendly and helpful. We will return and recommend. Really close (5min drive) to Old Trafford and Legoland. Lots of local shops and supermarkets accessible by car (and maybe even foot if you were desperate although lots of main busy roads so car advisable).
