DJ Suites the Element

I stayed in room 19 in this place on the 12th December and can honestly say that this is the worst accommodation I have ever seen in my life.........the way this place is shown on *********** is a total miss representation on this establishment.....I travelled with my Granson to celebrate his 16th Birthday and I so embarrassed and ashamed to have brought him there. I will share the photos with you so no-one else will get conned.

Do not book at this hotel. Due to a family emergency, they booked a room for two nights, but literally stayed four hours and preferred to stay in my settee. It took somebody 15 minutes to answer the main door, and the main communal area smelled of smoke . The room has stains and holes on the walls. The carpets you would never walk around in bare feet.. the bathroom is filthy with no plug for the bath that fits. There was stains on the mattress and other peoples hair in the sheets. When they went down to reception, there was nobody around . Upon going back to the room to collect their luggage there was another resident in their room, sitting on the bed. My family member left immediately . Please read all the other reviews. This hotel should be closed down. It is not fit for purpose.

Don’t Book ! Save yourself the distress It is hard to even give this accommodation a 1 Star … The website does not represent the Hotel my friend & I stayed at ( see pictures below) last night. As bad as the room was and yes we tried to complain but when ever we went to the reception area no one was around even if you called out.In the end we gave up & got ready to go to our concert. We were horrified when we got back to the Hotel that our room door was open, not just unlocked but was actually open ajar which freaked us out. My friend locked the door before we went out and I witnessed her doing it .. We checked our belongings and nothing seemed to be taken . My friend went down to Reception immediately but yet again no one could be found to talk or report this to so we spent a very uneasy sleepless night . The room was totally inadequate in fact it was disgusting .. The Net curtain at the window had rips in it and half of it seemed to have been cut away . The bathroom had tiles missing above the window & the window was boarded up with cardboard & tape . There were holes in the walls and rubbish on the floor including a cigarette end . We look forward to a response as to why the owners think this is adequate accommodation for any paying guest in 2023.We didn’t ask for the Ritz just a basic ,safe,clean tidy room in good repair which isn’t a lot to ask for. Thank you for ruining our stay !

I booked this place way back in June 2021 via *********** ready for our stay tomorrow night and just yesterday they said my card had been declined so I checked and there’s nothing wrong with my card I use it weekly. They tried again today declined again and cancelled the booking. I left messages on their answerphone they didn’t return my call. *********** got in touch with them today and said my card had been declined by them and they had cancelled it. Room not available as it’s already been booked in the space of 5 mins. Ridiculous. I rang them a while back to check my booking was ok as they went taking further bookings this year and the man said it was but they book out to key workers. Appalling is a polite word to use. I quickly phoned another hotel nearby and they got me a room for tomorrow night and my card was just fine. Glad we are not staying at this place given the reviews I have just read above. I thought this might have been a dodgy set up. Shame I can’t give my review minus 1.
