Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly, the food was below par, cold eggs and potato's, only fresh coffee in the morning, the rest of the day it became stale.

Arketa who checked us in was wonderful! Housekeeper at check was fantastic she ran out to us to ensure forgotten item wasn’t left behind! The late evening staff, a gentleman was terribly rude and dismissive at our attempt to purchase water. He literally waited until another customer arrived for check in rather than tend to us, said we were in the wrong line and someone else would help us , but there was seemingly no one else there or customers at the time. Needless to say we did not purchase the waters and rather got into a sort of verbal altercation with this man.

The staff was really nice however the breakfast was not as expected. We have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns and had better breakfast. They do not offer coffee or hot tea for guests after hours of the breakfast serving. It is usually cold

Room was dreary, aged, felt dark and warn out. Pillows were awful! Small and had no structure. Had to constantly reshape throughout the night. Shower pressure was low and difficult to get shampoo out of long hair.

Check in was 3. Room was not ready. Staff was very nice and offered a different room, but I needed that roll in shower. No decaf coffee, scrambled eggs, sausage and potato pans were empty and had to tell them, obviously she did not keep an eye on it. Coffee urn was empty and when she brought more, it was already gone by the time we got to it.

Great place! Rooms were quite large. Breakfast had a pretty good selection. And I forgot the woman’s name at check in, But it was a Thursday evening she was wonderful.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, safe, with good prices. It includes continental breakfast which my wife and son all thought tasted good. The location is good and we didn't have any issues while staying here. I would recommend it.
