The Tamarack cabin was very nice. The price point, however, suggests a level of customer service that simply doesn't exist. Since everything is done electronically - meaning you won't see another human being - everything is fine until you need something. A call for reservation recommendations went unreturned. Repeated texts and calls about a promised breakfast (that never arrived) were ignored until well after the breakfast time window. And even then there was no real effort to remedy the mistake. To make matters worse you have to wait until 9:30 for the breakfast that doesn't arrive. So IMO this is a flawed model. Either provide some level of customer service or drop the price point to where it should be.

Fantastic property set in the woods. Place is absolutely huge. All the amenities from coffee make, dishes utensils,grill. Basically home away from home. Breakfast was brought every morning and could feed an army. Nighly bonfire. Great location going into rest of door county

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Great breakfasts, cookies, so clean. Close to everything. Had a issue with grid on bedroom patio door and it was taken care of right away. Well worth it. Highly recommend The Chanticleer Oak cabin!

This is THE place to stay in Door County! The cabins are spacious and well-appointed. Bryon and Nick have done an incredible job building a niche in the Northeastern Wisconsin hospitality business and clearly know how to provide top-notch service to their customers. First-class all the way!

The Tamarak Cabin was wonderful! Spacious and cozy! The view off the back porch was wooded serenity. Door County coffee in the cupboard and breakfast delivered to our cabin in the morning made for a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend these cabins for a Door County getaway. Byron was very helpful with the reservations too.

Secluded property with gorgeous views of the woods. Not a beach property but so quiet and serene. Super well appointed. The cabin was great. Kitchen, fireplace and jet tub. Breakfast basket delivered by bike every morning.
