Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Airport Messe

Very nice hotel in Stuttgart with a very friendly receptionist. They gave us everything we asked for and we felt very comfortable.

Great location, close to the airport and metro station. Easy to reach. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent property, including the rooms as well as the spa and fitness area. Close to the metro.

The value for money was alright.

Ctrip's service was spot on, and the human customer support was great too.

The hotel is located near EnBW City, which is quite far from the city center, but very close to the airport – just a few U-Bahn stops away. The main issue was that the air conditioning was practically useless 😮💨, but the service was quite good.

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our two children while passing through, and we were absolutely delighted. Check-in took literally a minute – quick, convenient, and without any waiting. The room turned out to be much more spacious than we expected. The sofa was a particularly pleasant surprise: it's essentially a full-sized bed, very comfortable for two people to sleep on. The room had everything we needed: a coffee machine, a kettle, tea amenities, bottled water, and a full set of shower essentials in the bathroom. We especially want to highlight the impeccable cleanliness, quietness, and comfort. We really appreciated the attention to our children: they received small toys upon check-in, and coloring books and pencils at breakfast. Such thoughtful touches create a special atmosphere of hospitality. Breakfast also left an excellent impression: a wide selection of dishes, all fresh and delicious. We would gladly return here again.

The hotel environment is good, and it's very close to the subway.
