Hotel Hansa Stuttgart City

The hotel is close to the subway line, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is rather old, the mattresses are not very comfortable, and the rooms have electric fans, but no air conditioning. There was road construction downstairs when I checked in, so it was quite noisy. However, overall the price-performance ratio is acceptable.

The location and cleanliness are excellent for the price; it's a real value for money. It's among the best and most affordable hotels I've stayed in, and it's among the top choices. The only issue is the small elevator, so the room isn't a big deal.

This was an extremely bad experience, and I absolutely have to review it! 1/ The deluxe single room only had a roof window, which couldn't be opened for fresh air when it rained. I offered to pay for a room change, but was refused. 2/ On our first day, the kitchen caught fire. Firefighters and police arrived, but no one evacuated anyone and no explanation was given. We only learned it was the kitchen fire through Ctrip. 3/ Because they refused to change rooms, and the experience was so bad, I requested a better hotel three days after booking six days. I was refused without any reason, and still no room change was granted. 4/ Ultimately, they unilaterally refused to communicate, and even withdrew our entire payment three days before departure, unilaterally refusing to respond to any written emails. I'm so enlightened.
