Maximize earnings unter the slogan „Safe the environment“
A the check in the first question is not what u need, it’s what u DON’T need: Cleaning even when requested was not performed. I requested cleaning every second day to „protect the environment“ , not even that was done even I switched on the cleaning button at the door.
WiFi only if u are a member after some registration or with a code I which I can get at the reception - why they didn’t ask if I need it at the check in.
Slippers or any amenities only on request. There is a sticker in the bathroom that u can request it via the Tablet - that’s not true - u can only request cleaning which will not work at the end… So I tried with the Telefon but device in 403 Room to call the reception was broken, so we had to go down all the time to request for every little thing.
1 out of 5 nights cleaning was done, in the meantime no coffee re-fill - no re-fill water. Just nothing.
WiFi u need to be a member instead of just join. Or request a code at the front desk… why I need to go again down instead they just tell me in the beginning.
This hotel has really a worse service culture… for 150 a night, definitely NOT recommended - I felt like an AirBnb, u are all on urself but super expensive.
Last but not least, it would be nice when the staff is knocking the door before they enter the room.
