Apart Business Hotel

It was 2 times business there because everything was full and overpriced in Stuttgart City (for event). Solides 3* Hotel with ”timeless” furnished rooms, functionally furnished, e.g. apartments with fully equipped mini-kitchen, e.g. over two levels with turning stairs: you can also make a few days holiday. A pleasant mattress, rooms/baths very clean, service is absolutely friendly and helpful, breakfast is not only rich but also tasty. You can not hear the airport (because the area is side by side to the landing), But for this the passing street in front of the house (but little traffic, could sleep up to 6 pm at open window). The building is about 100 years old, well renovated with modern bathrooms and sound-iso windows. Open to the city about every 10 minutes by bus before the door and switch to the metro, but takes about 40 minutes to the city centre. With car you can get better off if you want to go to the landscapely charming environment :) Come back (especially if the price/performance ratio is better again).

The hotel is very good and great value for money! First, it is located near the University of Hohenheim, 10 minutes drive from the airport. If you come to the university to work, it is very convenient to walk. Second, the entrance is the Hohenheim Royal Garden, suitable for running and walking. Third, the doorway is diagonally opposite the Garbe Michelin restaurant, delicious food. Fourth, walking for 10 minutes is a supermarket, and daily necessities are also very convenient. recommend!

Loved this traditional German hotel, has so much character. The staff are so warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They kindly provided a vegan breakfast for me and my partner, which was delicious. A bar and restaurant is based directly opposite hotel, which was ideal.

I and six of my colleagues have stayed six nights in the hotel in the Intergastra 2020. It is now safe for me to stay fourth in this House and I don't have much good to report today. From outside the hotel is always like a office & production building. Abundant parking facilities made it easy to check. With a funny rampe it goes in and directly before the reception. Great entrance area, supernice young ladies competently make the check-in. From there it goes directly to the breakfast room and to the bar that I didn't use. Breakfast is really a class for itself and doesn't leave any wishes open. All super fresh, rich and appetited, friendly and nice ladies in service. That's a lot of good aspects. But unfortunately the house is as a labyrinth in itself. Since it is divided into two buildings, which are connected to a small bridge in the first floor, you are constantly running. The courtyard is noisy and it is already being pushed over the ramps at 6:30 in the morning under huge noise scenes. Top when the own wakker is placed at 7:30! The flats are shady, the tape is dirty and used. It's been there for at least 8 years. The room was in a concrete stay a absolute disaster. The small bathroom is under water after every shower, the washing area is sparkled and on cool and almost fell off. The only thing in the room that made the stay comfortable was my surrounding washing. The furniture was a gray! Old, flat, used! The floor is so unyard that everything was wrong and curved together. Whether it fits together or not. Open cable next to bed, huge hole on the window floor, dirt and dust on the dressing box, a tape that is used and flatly just looks as a fool. The comfortable lighting in the room was from a naked 60W-Lampe without screen, which I really know only from renovating! In short: The hotel was OK many years ago, since we are on the fair just in the room to sleep there. Breakfast and staff made a lot of bet again. But now the house is really awaiting! I don't feel well there anymore! And for just €200 there are also much better rooms at fair times in the 4**** hotel shop. I'm not coming back with my team!
