Hyatt Regency Green Bay

Not impressed We ate at the pub in the hotel and the french onion soup bowl was not even half full, the soup was luke warm and when I ate the cheese there was cheese paper still stuck to the cheese. They did apologize and comp the soup and two drinks we had but was not impressed with that and will not be eating there again. You also have to pay $10 a night to park so be aware of that.

Really liked the room layout, the staff was very friendly, it's close to downtown, and the hot tub was open until midnight which was great.

Great stay for the Draft Stayed during Draft weekend and the staff was top notch! The food in the pub was hearty and delicious! There was a lot of security at the hotel during the Draft and we felt incredibly safe. Our two queen suite was massive and we had lots of room for getting dressed/makeup & hair stuff, which is nice for my friend and I. The only thing I didn’t like was my bed (but everyone has different preferences for firmness) and this one was too soft for my liking. I don’t fault Hyatt for this at all in complete fairness. Otherwise all the amenities and property was fantastic, I’d absolutely without a doubt stay here again.

Everything about the Hyatt Regency was absolutely amazing will definitely be back was me and my families first time staying and it’s definitely a 10/10 hotel in GreenBay, Wisconsin

Almost perfect Nearly everything about our stay was excellent. Nice facility, spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean and well apportioned. However, we arrived at 4:10 PM knowing check-in was as 4:00 PM. The clerk who checked us in informed us that our room was not ready and that we needed to wait about 5 minutes in the lobby. He assured us he would text me to return to the front desk to receive our room keys. At 4:30 PM after sitting in the lobby for over 15 minutes, we had not received a text, so my wife returned to the desk, spoke with a different clerk and received our room keys.
