Sunway Resort Suites @ Sunway Lagoon by Landmark

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. It's very close to the Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. The owner / administrator was very helpful and accommodating. I had a nice stay.

The Studio Suite did not match the photos shown online, and the overall condition of the unit felt poorly maintained, which made the experience very disappointing. In the afternoon, the floor drain became clogged, causing water to back up and emit a strong, unpleasant odour that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of our stay. I informed the owner promptly, and maintenance attended to the issue. The problem was resolved, and I appreciate the quick response and assistance provided in this matter. However, there were several other unresolved issues. The water heater was not functioning properly. The water was slightly warm at first, but quickly turned completely cold, resulting in all of us having to shower with cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that the bathtub stopper was broken and had been removed and left aside without any repair or prior notice. We were unaware of this issue and placed it back during our shower, only to realise later that the bathtub could not drain properly. The bed linens were visibly dirty and were not changed. These issues were only discovered when we returned at night. As it was already very late, we did not feel comfortable disturbing the owner or maintenance again. Unfortunately, these accumulated problems had affected our overall stay and led to a very poor experience. Overall, the room maintenance were far below acceptable standards, and this stay did not meet reasonable accommodation expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Beautiful view of Sunway Resort Hotel, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway University, Sunway Medical, Sunway Sanctuary, and so many others from my room, especially at night. Clean & comfy. Very strategic location - right beside the Sunway Pyramid mall and nearby Sunway Resort Hotel and Sunway Lagoon entrance just by the side of the hotel.

Location is good...the room a little bit small for 6 pax.....onky 4 blankets provided when we booked for 6ppl.

Everything was good, the location was superb. Bed is comfortable and the room is clean.

The resort suite is located right below Sunway Pyramid Hotel. There are plenty of shops located opposite right across the street like 7-Eleven, ABC Restaurant and KFC. The only flaw is have to walk down the stairs to get to B1 of Resort Suites to get to the correct lift lobby. Only on the last day was I informed by the security that I can actually take the carpark lift which linked level 1 and B1 of sunway pyramid hotel. Key collection is hassle free, instructions are clear to collect and return keys. It’s very convenient to walk to Pyamid Mall, which is linked through pyramid hotel. Just at level 1 u will see Din Tai Feng and even Hai Di Lao Hotpot.
