When I arrived, there was a lot of construction at the hotel entrance, and I couldn’t find any signs showing where the concierge was. In the room, the sink was clogged and there was no fridge. No room cleaning too. I ordered breakfast, but there was no proper place to sit and eat, and the food felt like takeaway from a coffee shop outside and delivered late.

This time the experience was much better. The water heater and sink issues have been fixed, there are no holes in the ceiling of this room, and it's much cleaner.

My personal stay experience was pretty good. The hotel doesn't have a car park, so you'll need to find your own parking. The location of this hotel is acceptable, and it's quite convenient to get around.

Not given the room we booked. Stayed 1 night. Heater wasn’t working. Had to shower with cold water at night. Found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. And there was NO WATER the second day! That was the worst. Would not recommend .
