The hotel does provide breakfast, and when we asked the staff, they said breakfast was from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we went downstairs for breakfast the next morning, we asked the staff, and they said breakfast was already over. It was only 10:00 AM, and there was still an hour until 11:00 AM. Why was breakfast over already? It was clearly stated that breakfast would be served until 11:00 AM. Then, the bathroom light in the hotel room started to break, and the light became dimmer and dimmer. Around midnight, there were people talking loudly outside the door, making it impossible to sleep. The strangest thing was that around 3 a.m., someone kept knocking on our door and trying to open it, which made us very uneasy.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid, with 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The area feels safe, and the hotel itself is clean and secure, with CCTV and a water dispenser available. Overall, the service was alright, though the female receptionist seemed to lack proper customer service training. Despite that, I was happy with my stay here as long as the place remains clean and safe..

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested to cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, my request was denied. As a result, we were unable to stay at the hotel on that day. This has caused inconvenience and frustration, especially since the situation was beyond our control. I kindly request a review of your cancellation policy and consideration for a refund or partial credit, given that the room remained unused.

The location is very good, and the surrounding routes are not too complicated. After finishing a day at Sunway Lagoon, it’s very convenient to return to the hotel. However, there are only three clothes hangers in the room, and they are placed very close to each other, so wet towels cannot be hung together.

The breakfast set is delicious especially the chocolate muffin ＜3, Location best, walking distance to sunway pyramid. Self checking/check out. Elevator is small. So far so good.

Location is great, & bed is comfy enough. I really just needed a place to sleep each night so this suited my needs However, I did notice a few bugs around.
