The hotel service was very good , the receptionists are friendly and helpful . You could get all the food you wanted ( Q Bistro , Pelita ..Omega Pork Noodle , Chicken Rice by Won , ..etc ),and easy access to Watson , Guardian ,Jaya Grocer Mr DIY ...MediLove Clinic ..SS15 LRT ..food court....you name it ...I highly recommend this hotel to those who like to stay in SS15 ..

No soap amenities. Bed was too bad. It shrink down. Can’t even sleep well. 👎🏼 please management take a look at your product

For the price paid, it's value for money. Minimalist style. Near to shops. Suitable for budget travellers

Overall stay was very satisfying. Good location with scrounging all the good foods just walking distance.

Overall, the cleanliness was decent. There are plenty of dining options nearby, plus a supermarket and a fruit stand. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation easy. Booking through Ctrip was significantly cheaper than walking in. The air conditioning in the room seemed relatively new. One thing to note is that there's a bar on the ground floor of the hotel, and there's music and revelry from around 9 PM to past 11 PM. Check-in is at 2 PM, and even arriving ten minutes early means you have to wait. Check-in is done via a machine, and if it's busy, you'll have to queue. When we used it, the machine even malfunctioned and didn't dispense the room key, so a lady at the front desk had to give us our key. There's a water dispenser and an elevator on the ground floor.

This is a lower budget hotel so expect a clean bed and bathroom. Price is right for what you get. It's a kiosk check-in which I found easy to operate. There is a $50 ringit deposit you will make into the kiosk machine and on checkout you will get it back. I enjoy SS15 because there's so much you can do there and lots of places to eat. Shopping is walkable and this is the best part of staying here. I also found it to be very quiet.

Hotel in SS15 with loads of food shops nearby. When entered room , killed a cockroach. Water pressure is poor. Toilet window is broken and cannot be closed so insects can climb in. Toilet seem to flood easy. Hair and dirt found on floor. But at least check in and out by a machine is easy.

For the price you pay - one night - just decent - nothing to shout or complaint. My room had a section of the flooring peeled off.

Small decent room for a rest. Carpark need to be after 10pm. Noon time no parking is available.

The bed is bad. Room and location ok. Cleanliness could be improved but service is good. You get what you pay =)

Good location. Nearby public transportation. No hanging rack or not enough hanger to put cloth. AC working well.

The towel is dark in color. Aircon not cold. Basic bed also look dirty

hotel is ok just bed maybe old and dented we found 1 cockroach during the stay can’t say much for this price during the stay location is the best near to mrt and with a lot of food stall nearby just that night time the pub downstairs with big sound music can heard it if u mind it pls stay at other place
