Booked for older parents to stay. Location was ok with shopping mall at below. Convenient to find food. The unit is big and spacious. You will need to travel in group as there is only one access card given. Going to parking and accessing lift required assess card. So it is troublesome if you travel separate ways. The guard is not allow to help you access your own floor. You will need to use your own assess card. Sofa cover teared off. Not comfortable to sit. Overall owner is quick to response to our queries.

I was so impressed by the price of this apartment when we booked. Turns out it's so bad and terrible. Cons 1. The rooms was very unclean, rooms and bedding we had to use our own cover to keep our bodies not itchy 2. Toilets water is an issue, the hot water was so unfriendly to use, we arrive at 10 pm don't know how to operate. Waited for the person in charge to come help us. Mention by the agent that he is on the way. That was like about 45min I guess they came from KL city to our apartment. The person was so rude and I unhelpful, even mentioned do you know how to use hot water your country don't have it?. We mentioned to change room to the agent. As it was so late at 1130pm. My mum in law didn't have time to took a bath as tomorrow needs to see doctorm by the way she was 75yrs old. We are not coming back again

There is no easy way to rate this place highly. We stayed here for more than a month and our experience was worse than a nightmare. The service was not too bad. The host was responsive and fulfilled some of the request. For example, there was no clothes rack provided, the host quite ordered a new rack and delivered to us. That was the "good" about this. Now the "bad". On the arrival day, we can smell strong urea and faeces odour coming from the toilet. The toilet looked pretty old and seemed like there was leakage. Upon contacting the host, someone came and fix the issue. Apparently the sink hole was covered properly. So the whole unit stinked. Problem solved. This was fine. The most annoying thing about this apartment was the upstairs neighbour. I will refer the neighbour as "Baboon" now. Baboon was extremely noisy. Day and night, Baboon will walk and jump around until there was no peace at all. It was tough sleeping in this kind of situation. The host cannot do anything, except to tell to record the sound, which was not possible, because the sound just cannot be captured by the phone mic. It was really the "vibration" and "echo" that troubled our ears. Bear in mind we've been living in apartment for at least 10 years, but never had we experience such ******* primate who could walk like a monster at all times. This may last until 2am after midnight. Many times had the security been summoned. It was not pleasant. Host refused to change our unit. Also refused refund. We had no choice but to bear with the noise. The parking is located at 7th floor. Drivers may need to SPIN all the way to the 7th floor to access the parking. Short term stay is fine. But long term is quite painful, especially for a person who has chronic vertigo disease like me. Going one direction needs about slightly less than 10 mins. Host was not helpful in this case. We had to park in the valet parking which cost MYR11 to 15, depending on days. Overall, stay here if you like the zoos. You have been warned.

A simple and clean layout, an equipped kitchen and utensils, plus a washer, Pillows and bedsheets are clean, which comes in handy for a family stay. Location is great with lots of amenities nearby, not forgetting ample food places. Worth a re-visit for future trips to KL.

The homestay is clean. Just that is abit confuse to the resident parking for the first time. However, the owner provided a clear instruction.
