Artisan Eco Hotel

Before arriving, I was a bit worried about the hotel environment and local safety, but once I landed, I realized all my previous concerns were unnecessary. The front desk staff, a South Asian gentleman, was very polite and enthusiastic. He even proactively told me that there was a free water dispenser (with hot water) in the hotel corridor. Both the room and bathroom were very spacious. Since I wear noise-canceling headphones when I sleep, the noise issue was practically negligible. The Sunway bus line is just 500 meters away, so public transportation is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour Indian restaurant, and the hotel is located in the city center, right next to Sunway Pyramid which has many Chinese restaurants. All in all, everything was very convenient, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

Booking hotels and flights through Trip.com this time was a great experience. The prices were transparent, the interface was easy to use, and customer service responded quickly. The itinerary confirmation was efficient, and the entire process was smooth. I'll definitely use them again for my next trip.

Malaysia left a wonderful impression on me as a truly harmonious country. Everyone, from local Malays to Malaysian Chinese and even Indians, was incredibly friendly. When I first arrived, my English wasn't good enough to understand or speak properly. Thankfully, the front desk staff included Malaysian Chinese, which made communication virtually seamless. Later, when extending my stay, I used a translation app. The service was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the bustling Sunway Pyramid mall and a rapid bus station. There's also a 24-hour restaurant downstairs. Even though it's open all day, people simply chat quietly while eating; there's no loud noise. It's very peaceful. The place is clean, hygienic, and quiet. I think it offers great value for money. Malaysians probably aren't used to drinking hot water, so there's no kettle in the room. However, there's a public water dispenser outside the room with filtered water, and you can even boil water there.
