AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a very strategic location, within walking distance to Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Pyramid, with 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The area feels safe, and the hotel itself is clean and secure, with CCTV and a water dispenser available. Overall, the service was alright, though the female receptionist seemed to lack proper customer service training. Despite that, I was happy with my stay here as long as the place remains clean and safe..

AAnonymous UserLocation is good & walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Hotel & Convention Centre. The room & washroom are small & functional, BUT I can hear a lot of noises from my 2nd floor & the room above. On my 2nd & 3rd night stays, I experienced 2 groups of inconsiderate guests: 1. Parents w 1 or 2 kids from same 2nd floor crying, playing &, talking loudly from 1-3am & all their noises can be heard clearly. Worst still, I had to call the receptionist 3-4 times on my 3rd night to ask the receptionist to speak to that group of guests to be a bit more considerate & lower their noise level before he came up. 2. The room above me always had noises like heavy things dropping or turning around the bed, which can be heard clearly too. 🤦♂️ Will give a 2.5 out of 5 stars due to the noises, including shower noise from the hotel room opposite mine on 2nd night + the inattentiveness by the night duty receptionist with numerous calls required. Other than the above, I think the morning duty receptionists are nice, understanding & accommodating. Do bring along your own slipper as it is not provided.
