The stay was cool and the staff were accommodating and served the clients well. Just fit for what we are looking for and access to the restaurants is very good. The area has a good park in front of it were children can play, just perfect for a staycation. Nearby places are also good, coffee shops are everywhere at the place. Thank you

super recommend for future visitors in Manila. Very clean and near everything. Near to 7/11 and restaurant can even walk trough. Many bars around this area.

Smells cockroach and Trainees are not helpful. We passed through them careying our luggage and no one took the initiative to help us.

There were better hotels in the immediate area, which had better amenities and cheaper.

Room 209 bayview area has a bad internet connection and airconditioning is bad especially in the afternoon. Good thing they provided us Efan for proper ventilation.

This hotel clearly needs complete overhaul. -The towels were very old and didnt look clean for me to use it -They only provide you with 1 keycard so when you take the keycard and go out of your room, you can't leave the a/c running when going out -The a/c and tv remote were not working. I had to turn off the a/c from the main breaker to turn it off since you cant even adjust the settings -Flooring discoloration can be seen due to old age -very understaffed: i only saw 1 maintenance employee during our whole stay -event outside went on til 12am and it was a very loud for us to sleep The only positive thing I noticed was the beautiful location of the hotel. Other than that, i would recommend staying on it.

I visited again because I stayed there on my last trip. The staff recognized me when I checked in. The facilities were decent, the staff were friendly, and the service was good.

Four floors, no elevator, inconvenient for elderly people carrying luggage, poor service attitude among staff, not worth recommending.
