房間裏挺乾淨的，雖然是無窗房，但是房間裏有兩個通風口，所以沒有什麼不好聞的氣味，浴巾、毛巾、床單潔凈，前台在入住的時候送了早餐，表示感謝。提個建議：206房衞生間的排氣扇轟隆大響，希望店家維修或更換。

很不好的一次體驗，首先一進房間看到床頭上面蜘蛛網老長一條，吹風機上面磕巴一層很厚的污漬，就像荒廢很久沒人碰過一樣，直接叫阿姨去清理了一下，想着他們做房間也不容易，衹要弄乾凈了就好也就沒拍照，晚上洗衣服的時候麪池下面管子漏水，打電話給前台，前台説等下工程去修理，等了有好久工程上來了，修理了半天，問我哪裡漏水？我説靠牆那裡，他説哦，修錯位置了，額……這就算了，我也不説什麼了，第二天洗衣服的時候發現還漏水，不過不是很嚴重，也就這麼著了吧，別太影響使用就忍了。由於第二天早上小孩去上學，下去的時候七點鐘，我問前台早餐可以使用嗎？購買也行，前台説早餐還沒到時間不可以使用，就算了，帶孩子到外面去吃，第二天早上的時候，經過前台問前台，早餐出來什麼我們就吃什麼，付費也可以，前台小姐姐告訴我可以去吃的，所有都不收費，接着住了好多天，第五天的時候從前台經過，前台問我登記了嗎？不登記不能上去，我去，我都住這麼多天了你問我登記了嗎？不登記你給我住嗎？還有一天早上我在睡覺，客房阿姨沒敲門直接刷卡進房間了，要是這些我也沒想着差評，最氣人的是前台小姑娘我反應情況後她給個店長名片讓我給他店長打電話，這不是搞笑嗎？我是客人，遇到問題了讓我自己去找他們領導？我退房後前台給我打電話所有東西落下了，我説你幫我帶到另一個店吧，她説好，但是直到我離開洋河，四五天的時間，既沒有送也沒有給我説我們不送你自己來拿，也不是什麼值錢的東西，我可以不要，但是通過這件小事看到了一個酒店的工作人員是什麼樣的狀態！
