During our vacation it rained too much, but we haven't got bored for a second. There were many indoor activities(pool, tennis, climbing wall, play areas for kids etc), which was a helpful hand when we couldn't go out. But the best part of the holiday was the super staff. They were very helpful and they were very friendly all through the holiday. Big thank you.

Wir haben im Rahmen des Osterwochenende-Sonderangebots übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, das Hotel sehr familienfreundlich. Unsere Kinder liebten es, die Spielmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen sowie den Pool zu nutzen. Das Frühstück bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl, das Abendessen ist zwar nicht gastronomisch, aber die Auswahl ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Wir waren nur etwas enttäuscht von dem Sonderangebot : die Osterjause ausgezeichnet und sehr reichhaltig war, aber der Eiermalen und die Eiersuche waren enttäuschend: Die Kinder hatten bereits am Morgen alles entdeckt, da die Nester im Hotel waren und es gab nicht die gleiche Anzahl an Schokolade für alle Kinder.

Tolle Einrichtung mit perfekten Möglichkeiten für unser Trainingslager! Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen ist super nach einem anstrengenden Trainingstag! Wirklich top, nächstes Jahr wieder! Lg, Graz Panthers!

Schöne Zimmer nette Hotel, dass Essen ist jedoch grenzwertig, qualitativ mehr als mangelhaft, die Nudeln hart und ausgetrocknet, das Backhuhn innen roh. Die Auswahl sehr klein, obwohl Familienhotel gibt es keine Speisen für Kinder. Zwei Tage war beim Frühstück das Teewasser kalt, auf nachfragen folgt schulterzucken. Schade! Es gibt leider auch kaum Ausweichalternativen zum Essen gehen

Ideal für Aufenthalte mit Kindern. Die Kinder haben die vielen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung sehr genossen. Der Indoorspielplatz lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich und auch gut. Den Suppenkoch für die Cremesuppen am Abend würde ich allerdings zur Nachschulung schicken. Sonst aber ganz passables Essen.

Es sind alle sehr freundlich und es ist sehr familiär! Immer wieder gerne! Das Frühstück und das Buffet waren sehr gut und eine gute Auswahl Auch ein grosses Lob an alle Mitarbeiter! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht!

Das JUFA Vulkanland bietet tolle Sport-Möglichkeiten: Von der riesigen Indoorhalle, über Tennis bis hin zum Hallenbad. Spitze für alle, die sich bewegen möchten und Alternativen bei Schlechtwetter wollen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und Theke war superfreundlich und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank nochmals!!!!!!

Wir waren eine große Gruppe aus mehreren Familien und haben meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und sind durch die schöne Landschaft gewandert. Für die Kids hat die JUFA alles was man braucht und wir konnten auch super feiern. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Super Frühstück und tolle Snacks den ganzen Tag.
