Telunas Beach Resort

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time during our 3 night stay at the Telunas Beach Resort! The laid back beach vibe was perfect for disconnecting and for our 3 boys (ages 6, 4 and 2) as they had plenty of room and activities to play on the beach. While the activities and setting were wonderful, the staff were even better and really made the trip memorable. Our two main hosts, Al and Vincent, felt like family for the weekend and were super engaging with our kids. You can tell that the Beach resort is used to hosting school aged children. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with kids to book at stay at Telunas! One watchout for young kids, the decks/platforms around the main dock and dining area do not have railings, so just make sure you have eyes on little ones (or just put a life vest on them like we did with our 2 year old)

All the staff is very friendly and personable. Food was tasty and the chef catered to gluten free diet really well. Awesome rooms, wonderful views, amazing beach (with lots of cute crabs and hermit crabs, so fun for kids!), super fun activities. All was great, was our 2nd time and we will definitely go again.

Really enjoyed our time at Telunas. The accommodations, staff, setting, everything was above and beyond what we expected! Everything from the pickup in Batam to getting into our lodging and the different activities and outings were all planned and executed with excellence.

Absolute gem of a place. Everything was wonderful. The staff are so attentive, bungalows are gorgeous and the views! Stunning. Beach took us back to travelling in SE Asia 30 plus years ago. We didn't have to think for a week. It was just what we needed. Thank you to everyone at Telunas.

Our stay at Telunas was perfect. We returned after having stayed previously in 2016. We spent one night at the Telunas Beach Resort and the following three nights on the Private Island. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after by all the kind staff. Jonas greeted us at Sekupang ferry terminal and accomonpanied us on the ferry to the resort. His kindness immediately set the tone for the attentive and thoughtful service we experienced throughout our stay. While Jonas helped us feel at ease from the start, every member of the Telunas team went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. A special mention goes to Vincent, who was incredibly helpful, and friendly (he also has great taste in music and a lovely singing voice!). Vincent made an extra effort to socialise with us, which added such a personal touch to our trip. Thank you, Vincent, for helping make our experience so special! _stay mindful and demure_;) During our stay, we enjoyed a many activities whilst also having lots of time to relax by the pool or beach. Kayaking, tackling the low ropes course, and planting mangroves were all highlights. To top it off, we treated ourselves to an incredible over-water massage - a must-try for anyone visiting. The accommodations were stunning. Being surrounded by beautiful views and being treated to delicious meals every day made us feel like we were in paradise. We have to say that the entire staff was exceptional, just to mention a few others: Nadya, Fiyah, Agung and Jojo. Every person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and dedicated to making our stay truly special. The level of care and hospitality made us feel at home and incredibly well looked after. We cannot recommend Telunas enough. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a special and unforgettable trip for us!

Stayed at Telunas Beach Resort 9 years ago, thoroughly enjoyed our stay then and now! Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. My customized vegetarian meals were yummy 😋 Great to see the recreation centre at the beach with staff readily available to assist and play ping pong with 👍
