"This Hotel made us feel at home during a difficult period, as we were visiting a family member in the local hospital after a bad accident. The Achat Suhl Team treated us with kindness, professionalism and empathy, and made a difficult stay that much easier. Also very nice and clean rooms - the policy of cleaning only on request is sensible and works well imo. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms can be a bit warm (we stayed in August-September), but that's the only small issue I could think of."

"Hello and good day, I was in the restaurant of this hotel with my family for lunch in September 2024. In previous years we had often been guests of this hotel and were always very satisfied. What has happened now? We will definitely not use this establishment again. My family and I felt extremely insulted. The food was awful and not in line with these prices, which have remained good. We were already surprised. Since it was so empty on Sunday lunchtime? Now we know, other guests have also noticed that the standard has dropped very sharply. It starts with the service and ends with the food. I had game, the meat was drained, tasteless. The sauce went with it, light and tasteless. I was used to something different. The schnitzel was awful. The chef, if there was one, was pathetic. In short, the bill made us angry. Proud despite the terrible food.
