Regarding the car service: I carried a large suitcase into the car myself, and when it was time to get out, the driver refused to help at all. It was too difficult for me to carry it alone, so I asked him if he could help me. He rudely told me to get out first, saying, "How can I carry it if you don't get out?" The worst part is that he stood there for ages seeing I couldn't carry it, but he still didn't let me get out first!"

"The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming when I checked in. They even brought apples and bananas to my room shortly after (maybe because I have a Trip.com Gold Card, not sure!). This place is all about value for money, perfect for business trips! The air conditioning in the room was great, not too hot and not too cold. Overall, it's not bad at all. I just had to leave a review to thank the booking app for being fair and honest, not discriminating against new users or ripping off loyal customers! My laptop even runs smoother here!"
