Even if they were busy, they couldn't spare a minute to put the takeout in the robot?! After waiting for 20 minutes and reminding them twice, they still had to go downstairs to get it! The receptionist that day was really terrible! I was so angry and speechless! But everything was fine from check-out to the front desk during the day! And I even had allergies that night! I've never had allergies before! Was there something wrong with the sheets? All in all, a very bad stay!!!"
