I'm not sure if it was a leak under the bathroom fixtures, but after a short shower, water seeped into the bathroom floor, and I almost slipped and fell while using the toilet. Also, near checkout time in the afternoon, I was planning to have lunch before checking out, but as soon as I reached the elevator, the cleaning staff asked why room number X hadn't checked out yet, which was quite unpleasant.

All the staff here are really helpful and always provide extra miles service that even 5 star hotel is not able to compete! This really amazed me! The hotel location is located at the area that really happening there it may caused some noise in morning due to traffics but this is not going to stop me to stay here in future if I return here. Big claps to the team at reception, housekeeping, the lady who assisted me to bring my laundry to 3rd floor and the staff at the restaurant! Everyone here deserved a best rating!
