The check-in experience is superb, the most touching thing is the service! As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff smiled and greeted me. The check-in was patient and gentle, and the drinking water was handed over intimately. I wanted to ask the route halfway, the staff took the trouble to explain it in detail, and also helped plan the itinerary. The process is simple and not delayed when checking out, and a small gift is also intimate. The whole process is full of enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. It is as comfortable as at home. It is highly recommended!

The front desk staff were very welcoming, the guest rooms were spotless, there was a laundry room on the third floor, and the breakfast was plentiful. For us frequent business travelers, this was absolutely fantastic! 👍

The stay was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the service was warm and attentive, the location was superb, the facilities were complete and brand new, the front desk staff were friendly, and it was very convenient to get around. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The environment is absolutely fantastic, the service is superb, the owner is incredibly welcoming, the rooms are clean and tidy, the overall experience is excellent, and the location is great too—there are tons of delicious food options downstairs. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suizhou.
