A beautiful hotel but unfortunately the bedsheets were terribly dirty and the staff didn’t seem to be willing to change it.

Perfect room for my short stay in bandung, closed to the toll gate and it is easy access

On arrival, while checked in, it was very smokey. I went to Magenta resto, about 200 meters from the lobby, however, the smokey was even worse. After I got my room key, I went upstairs to the floor of my room. To my surprise, the smokey was also there. I came into my room with hair and clothes smelt very smokey. I did not went out because I worried the smokey was everywhere, even in the pool. Won't stay here again.

The room is clean and tidy. Food variations are enough but it needs more to control the food stall outside (near the pool).

Room is okay. The breakfast and dinner provide is plenty simple, not worth the price of a four stars hotel’s breakfast.

Sangat sangat cantik. The receptionist is good and welcoming us so well. The room is spacious and the bed is superb. Definitely we will come back.

a bit frustrated as req not attended .. requested for connecting room since we travelling with kids but it's not available for all 3 nights

1st time staying here. Located strategically in the middle of the city and good for those who love being surrounded by gopd food!

Front desk reception very friendly, restaurant staffs are very good as well. May be towels can be replaced with new ones.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

Fast check-in and check out. Friendly staff from counter staff to cleaning staff.

The hotel is very clean and near public transport and we like the hotel very much
