A true paradise for shopaholics! ✨ Along the way, I spotted a bank called Bank Ina – ha ha, not mine, but it felt reassuring since shopping definitely needs a solid bank to back it up! 💳😂 After a full day of retail therapy, we checked in at Vasa Hotel Surabaya – and it totally lives up to the reviews! 🌟 🍽️ Breakfast Like a King 👑 – An enormous spread covering Indonesian, Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Western cuisines. genuinely having a great time. The atmosphere is welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff has been friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Whether it's relaxing at the amenities or just enjoying the overall vibe, everything feels well thought out and guest-focused. location is near city. good. hotel and room is recommended with toilet and bed separetly. for breakfast good and swimming pool small. dont have jacuzi or sauna facility.

Nice hotel. Good beds nad linens. However shampoo and shower gel can be a little more generous as the tubes were small. Great breakfast spread.

Upgrade my room which is good. But the water pressure of the shower is too low. And the room too noisy at after midnight. Then down grade me to another room. I spent few hours to move. The hair dryer is very low quality. Not hot enough. With these type of room quality, the price is far too high.

Everything is perfect. Just parking space a little bit difficult to get during office hour.

It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.
