first experience staying here with family. Plus, the hotel is quite clean and fragrant, the location of the hotel is strategic, unfortunately our comfort is disturbed, the noise of vehicles can be heard until the room, there is an elevator very helpful, the air conditioner is quite cold, the shower works, there is its own room for those who smoke. The downside is that there is no bathroom amenities, there is no towel hang, the bed is kept sliding because the bottom is still plastic packed, there is no suggestion at least there is 1 on each floor.

They have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen. The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

The guest house is new, clean and all the rooms smell good. It's very good in the room but the minus is the place on the roadside and it's difficult to park the car. The room is not so sound that cars, drones and ambulance sounds very loud in my room 308.kamar Next to my noise is like moving a mattress Because it is struck with the wall of my room. And was disturbed again when in the morning around 06.30 around Pesona Guest House there is such a loud dangdutan music. So in conclusion, the room and facilities are very good but the noise outside makes me unable to sleep .. and thank you for sending BF Maryam bread and hot tea. Maybe in the future, it can be given a kind of silence so that guests who want to rest after a day can rest without noise outside. Thank you for the charming guest house 🙏

The price of the Mount Bromo tour we booked at the front desk was significantly cheaper than with other travel agencies, and the service was reliable and smooth. The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for everything. Most restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts are within walking distance. The local night market is right outside, bustling with activity at night, making it easy to find food and drinks, without having to worry about getting around or finding food. The rooms were clean and meticulously maintained, with beds changed after each guest. They also provided towels, a locker, and a lock, ensuring a secure stay. The shared bathrooms were also clean, with shampoo and shower gel provided, and hairdryers available for free at the front desk. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. A simple breakfast of bread, bananas, and hot tea/coffee was provided in the morning, perfect for replenishing energy. Overall, this is a great value hostel with a prime location, attentive service, and a friendly atmosphere, perfect for backpackers and travelers who enjoy immersing themselves in local life.

Malang Grand Palace Hotel is located on the edge of the city center. The location is pretty good. There are many roadside stalls, Indonesian snack stalls and local fruit stalls on the right hand side as soon as you exit the hotel. If you are used to Indonesian food, it is quite good. The hotel lobby is not designed well. There are not many guest rooms and they are small. The hygiene is OK but the bathroom is too sparsely equipped. There is only toothbrush and soap. It is not suitable for business customers.

The name of the hotel is on the application and in fact different.. The information from the guest house staff of the guest house has not been gone since 3 years ago ... and the one is Lumiere guest house.
