Reynolds House Inn

Winter weather It was fine. The sheets and towels were clean, as was the bathroom. Heat-wise, though… I like a cold room. But others might not have!

I tried to contact the facility ahead of time. Was told I would receive a call back. Never did. Arrived at property. No one was around. Key left in mailbox outside. Property was in disrepair. Room reeked of mold. Mattress was dirty. No mattress cover. No toilet paper. Called again. Over 20 minutes for someone to arrive. Was told I’d receive refund. Never happened. I rarely leave bad reviews. Usually able to resolve issues. Not this time.

Very pleasant, nice location in Roscoe close to everything. Clean and neat. Easy unload for the motel section.

Reynolds House -- do not stay This was, by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in the United States. The house and superstructure are dilapidated at best and should be condemned at worst. No manager was available when we arrived, throughout our stay, OR when we checked out. Indeed, throughout our one night and one day stay, we saw no one who worked for this establishment. The room was dingy, appliances and bathroom amenities were unsafe and/ or nonexistent. Breakfast options seemed to have been picked for toddlers: pop tarts, cocoa puffs, and fruit loops. for someone with a gluten allergy, no options were available for me. It's hard to believe that I paid $180 to stay here overnight on a business trip. I actually believe I deserve a refund because it was so poorly represented online.

A great stay We were only half hour to Bethel woods concert venue and an hour to Catskills mountains with beautiful waterfalls. The town is small but nice there is a store next to hotel for coffee ect. Check in was simple they left keys as we were coming in late Id refer friends for sure

Subtly surprised by this place. Clean and hospitable. For the price during concert season it’s tough to hear. Good brewery down the road for dinner. Excellent experience
