"The cleanliness was poor. The towels, bedsheets, and blankets all had visible stains. Upon entering the room for the first time, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. Service is quite slow; requests made through the receptionist take a long time to be addressed. There was also an incident at 6:00 AM where an alarm kept going off because a nearby door wasn't closed properly. The noise was very disturbing. I reported it to the reception and asked them to check which room it was and notify the guest to close their door. However, I waited for half an hour and the alarm was still ringing, which means the hotel staff had not taken any action."

"I wish the towels were changed every day. There were a lot of ants and insects, so if you don't like them, I recommend avoiding them. If you're used to Indonesia, this probably won't be a problem. The air conditioning worked really well. The hot shower was a bit disappointing."
