What to say about Kaiyu ?! That we were so pleasantly surprised by the place in itself. A former business hotel which was transformed by Mitsu and his family into a warm cosy, with a sustainable spirit, and finely decorated place while keeping the original structure. Each room has its personality and every room has a wonderful view on the Oki beach. The welcome was very warm and simple at the same time. The onsen was just pure hapiness ! Sharing moments and meals with Mitsu, his family and the other guests was sincerely joyful and invigorating, with a special mention to Tae who cooks divinely well. We did feel like home. And we do also hope to stay there again in the future ! Thank you Mitsu, Tae, Kazu & Marie. From the bottom of our heart, Juliette & Eric

I only knew that there were new and old museums. I stayed in the old one! The lobby is really nostalgic! The elevator can't go directly to the floor. It's very strange. You must go to half a flight of stairs or half a floor. You have traveled more than 100 times. The first time you have passed this situation. The elevator only goes to 1.5 floor, 2.5 floor. I stay on the 3rd floor. In fact, there is no big problem. Sea view room until sunset. The new hall is a lot of new net senior, but unfortunately I didn't pay attention when I booked the room.

Deliberately rushed from Kobe to Awaji Island and stayed in the recommended hotel for classmates. The hotel is fully equipped with five or six pools in the hot springs and five or six people in the Japanese-style rooms. Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the sunrise was not seen the next day. I didn't book the dinner at the hotel. I don't know how to compare the price. There aren't any good restaurants nearby, and basically I can only eat if I drive. There is a big gap with the psychological expectation. If you have the chance to come to the island to watch the sunrise, you will consider staying. The problem is that you don't want to come to this island...

The couple took care of me for one night after bicycle Awaichi. We changed our plan without meals to breakfast the next day. Thank you for responding to the sudden change. The breakfast was very delicious. It was great if there was a toilet on the guest room floor, but I was able to relax in the calm envy of Japanese style.

It was a very satisfying stay with good food and service in a large hot spring. Especially, I really like Yubinkaku Tengu no Tsubo and Rice Terraces no Yu. The open bath that I entered while looking at the sea was just right and I felt like I was reviving. The staff were always working while greeting, and it felt good. I stayed for 2 days and would like to stay for multiple days again. We stayed on weekdays off season, so we had you upgrade your room. The view was good and the dedicated study area was free to use and I was able to spend comfortably. The facilities for spending time slowly, such as drink bars and cigar bars, are also very high-level and very cozy. Especially, the basic is open until 24 o'clock, so you can enjoy it even after taking a bath after meals. A sacrifice that can be fished is prepared in the sea, and it seems that the fish you caught can be cooked in the evening of the day. I definitely want to try it next time. Since the hotel of the affiliated group is adjacent, it is connected by the corridor and you can use the bath of any hotel. I felt that it was a good making that I never got tired of. The interior of the lobby also had an atmosphere with a sign of creatures such as cherry blossoms, goldfish, and medaka, and I felt that it was a better inn because I could feel that it was properly managed.

The parking lot is a little far away when using the car, so I think it's easy to contact the hotel and go. I thought it was difficult for a bad foot person, because it was a staircase from the outside to the front desk. This time it was a reservation for a Japanese room. There was also a unit bus, a futon was laid in a tatami room and a simple Wi-Fi. There is a supermarket nearby. It is close to Mt. Mikuma and Sumoto Jo castle.
