Carpet so dirty and smell at hallway.

Not at all good!

We had several fire alarm ringing middle of the night, about 2AM or so. That was scared us. Air con was quite noisy. Front staff was nice.It's OK to stay for one night, and convenient to visit Universal city.

Decent room, but the value is not good is what almost $200 on a Saturday evening, everything was good tho, and also the continental breakfast was good…it’s on the 3rd floor

The hotel has convenient parking, and there are 7-Eleven convenience stores and burger shops nearby. It's less than a half-hour drive to Universal Studios.
