The room is large, can open two large suitcases, the heating is sufficient, the hygiene is good, the bed is very comfortable, the staff is friendly, there is free parking, the stay experience is good, it is worth recommending

The room was kept clean, but there were dead mites and live mites on the bed and I got bitten several times.

My husband and I have used this Travelodge many times over the past year and have always found it a pleasant place to stay. Mainly because of the staff. The deputy Manager Chanice is a real hard worker and a credit to Travelodge. She has always gone out of the way to help us in times of need solving any issues that may have arisen. We can't praise her enough. Also there is a young lady in the kitchen and restaurant called "Lucky" who goes over and above in her customer care ensuring that we are always well looked after. The housekeeping manager again is always so helpful. We recently left something in the room and have been able to get it back without and fuss. As we like a quiet room we always ask for one facing the carpark and have had no noise problems. Rooms have always been clean and fresh.

Called in advance to have our rooms placed together, all on different floors when we arrived. Reception staff very disinterested and not helpful. Bathroom dirty. Key card not working for the lift or room multiple times, had to go down 4 times to get them reset and there's no phone in the room to call about any issues. All they said was to not put it next to our phone which we actively made sure we weren't doing, they need to sort out their key card system as it is very poor.

No staff, well a couple but not where they were needed. No range of booze. More than 45 minute wait (2 other guests in the bar) for a pizza which was bearable. Hair in the bath. Thank the Lord this was a business trip that I didn’t actually pay for!!!

Evening meal wasn't great. For what it cost we could have eaten better elsewhere but as my partner is a wheelchair user it was convenient. Dinning room was cold. No hot drinks available. Breakfast was buffet style but plates were freezing cold like the room so you end up with cold food
