"Our stay at The Palace of the Lost City was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty — the valet, concierge, and housekeeping staff went above and beyond, surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our visit. The food was exceptional, with every meal feeling like an experience in itself, and the views from the King’s Tower were absolutely breathtaking. We stayed midweek, which made all the difference — it felt as though we had the entire resort to ourselves, a calm and private escape compared to the more crowded weekends. As much as we thoroughly enjoyed all our meals, the dessert menu could use a little upgrade to match the otherwise world-class dining experience. A magical, serene getaway we’ll gladly return to."
