Overall clealiness of bedroom and bathroom was satisfactory, except several stained yellow colour marks underneath duvet cover.
No elevator as guest need to take their luggage through the staircase.
Breakfast provided with good quality free range chicken eggs, although simple selection, yet sufficient.

Convenient & nearby to Halal Park KEDAH where i visited my principle's factory... Breakfast was delicious...

As room rate upto RM150, the room was too bad, bed sheet was durty. No water boiler, no hair blower. It is not recommanded.

The hotel is near a busy road, no sound proof windows. There are few shops along the hotel, Nasi Kandar Restaurant, 99 Mart, Clinic, Pharmacy and DIY shop.
