I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue Hotel Sungai Petani with my family and had a pleasant experience.
The hotel is strategically located, close to many restaurants, shops, and popular attractions around Sungai Petani, making it very convenient for getting around. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it offers many good facilities. The swimming pool is large and well-maintained, and the kids’ pool is especially attractive for children. One unique feature is the large screen near the pool area, which provides entertainment for guests while they relax.
Food prices within the hotel are reasonable and not overly expensive. The hotel also has a squash court and a gym, both of which are available for guests to use.
Breakfast was enjoyable. There is an egg station where fresh eggs and omelettes are prepared, and the omelettes were especially delicious. While the breakfast spread is not very extensive, the food quality and taste are good. For families, the breakfast add-on for children aged 5–12 years is reasonably priced at RM18.
Overall, we had a good stay and were satisfied with the service and facilities provided. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sungai Petani.
