1. Room is very basic. Dont even have a fridge 2. Body soap and shampoo - better use your own. The shampoo makes my hair dry and hard 3. Parking behind hotel. On crusher run and limited. Guard only available at night (thats what the hotel claim)

Clean rooms but unfortunately hotel is undergoing renovation. Front desk did help by relocating to a quieter floor

All is okay. Location wise a bit off but near to restaurants and supermarket so good point there. Room is a bit small to me but i had a good sleep

This is second time we stayed here for business purpose. The hotel is quite new, accomodation was great with lots of makan place within walking distance

Good Location with the restaurant, cafe, and convenience store nearby, one thing there's no farmasi shop around the area. Bed is comfortable.

Nothing special, just a normal hotel but worth for its money. you get what you paid for. we business travellers still stay here everytime we go segamat.

Aircon is not cold enough in my room. You can only access gym from 1pm to 10pm, and on Sunday there’s no staff to issue you gym voucher (the gym is not in hotel building so you need to request for voucher) Sometimes they don’t clean room and they claim because the power card is still inserted in the room which makes them think there’s someone still in the room. Anyway not many options of hotel in this small city so…

Staff: Friendly and helpful, with a 9.0 rating on *********** for service • Value for Money: Guests feel they get great value, especially for short stays • Accessibility: Easy to reach from Melaka and Kuala Lumpur airports, with plenty of local transport options (though Grab availability may drop after 10 pm)

Good hotel, near mall with ecoshop, restaurants and about 6km away from city centre. Convenient place and comfortable acommodation at the time I was there. Overall, recommended for 3days stay. Hotel management: Keep it up! Please ensure your place always kept tidy, plus clean from time to time. Thanks

Overall, the stay was underwhelming. The hotel has several areas that need improvement. - The air-conditioning wasn't cool enough, which made it uncomfortable in Malaysia’s hot weather. - The king-size bed felt like it was squeezed into the room, leaving very little space to move around. - Towels had black stains and smelled old, which made them unpleasant to use. - The toilet paper provided was the pull-out type, extremely thin and hard to use—not practical at all. - Only two pillows were provided, and the bedsheet made my skin itch, raising concerns about cleanliness. - The shower tap had visible stains, although the water pressure was decent (room was on the second floor). - The hotel claims to be a “Zero Dust” award winner, but honestly, the condition of the room doesn’t reflect that. - The corridor to the room had no air-conditioning, making it stuffy and hot. - Cleanliness overall could definitely be improved. - The entire hotel feels old and is in need of better maintenance. On a positive note, the check-in staff that day was polite and helpful.

The floor, bed and table got ants dead body, call to clean up but didnt, very dissapointed, will try look for other hotel next time

Stay is okay with all needs within walking distance. But.. the liquid soap has bad smell and the room was hot despite AC 16. Didnt bother to change room as just overnight stay.
