Trakia Hotel

Was very cautious about staying here before the holiday after reading all the other reviews & honestly I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The room was spacious & clean with working a/c, the pool & area surrounding was fab & there was entertainment on throughout the day for all ages, many of times we were asked if we wanted to play beer pong, darts or water polo & then every afternoon there was aqua aerobics & a disco on most evenings. Only downside was the food was a little repetitive but had plenty of choice (I’m a fussy eater & found food to eat at most meals) & that the reception staff weren’t very helpful when we 1st arrived, we arrived at around 2am to the hotel, checked in & was given our key but didn’t receive any information about where to go to find our rooms or what time each meal was etc, but we figured it out pretty easily. Would deffo stay here again 🌞👍.

This is a fantastic hotel ,all the staff are friendly ,caring and helpful, the bar staff drago ,Sasha ,nur Alli and the rest of the team were really polite and friendly and took the time to look after you , the hotel is very clean to a high standard and there is always someone cleaning in all areas at all times of the day and night. When we arrived late at night they provided us with a sandwich,cake apple and a drink and the porter showed us to our room . While we were there the hotel had plenty of food to eat and try and was cooked perfectly. The pool was clean and the slides were good , the animation team did a great job of entertaining all guests from water aerobics to games and dancing . The rooms are basic , they do have air conditioning and are clean and the beds are comfy ,they also provide in the room shampoo and shower gel , we will definitely being going back next year

A fair and honest review of this hotel.staff are not customer friendly they speak no English at all not that it bothers me but they don't even smile bad for business.food is your basic 3 star quality not a big selection pretty poor and just Luke warm.our Room was basic but clean and maids cleaned every day.location is great right in the middle of everything 5mins from beach and 10min walk to main ***** if you want a late night.there is no lift in the hotel so will have to carry your luggage upstairs not good for older people.Entertainment was non existent there wasn't any.the music at the pool bar was on a loop played same songs every day from 10am until 11pm . We never stay in the hotel always out everyday siteseing can't be bothered with people going to another country to sit around the hotel pool everyday drinking cheap all inclusive rubbish all day the same faces pissed and burnt.would not return to this hotel again but would return to sunny beach for a cheap beach holiday and see the sights.
