The location and view are great. I booked the all-inclusive but there is not much to use in the evening. The food served for dinner needs improvement.

I left my bag with new cosmetics in the belongings room. I asked to keep it for a few weeks. I asked if it was okay and nothing would happen to it. They told me not to worry. I returned to the hotel again for 3 nights. I went to get it and the bag was not there in the morning. I looked again. They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen like that within a few weeks, they always kept it until I came, I didn't come back after a year to demand my things, every hotel keeps a safe for up to months. I had a lot of cosmetics that I bought all new packaged it was worth a lot of money ampoules for a full treatment for three months and a pair of new shoes.

It started off badly as the hotel forgot to send the car to pick us up. No porter to help with the bags. Room looked clean but when you looked closely it was filthy. The food was disgraceful. You had to set your table yourself. No condiments either

"POOL BAR" Have a good staff,nice personal witch is Mirislam, Danil , Adinai so super,so fast,they running around and do they job very well,even when outside very hot. Respect for all of them. Greetings from Latvia,Slovakia and United Kingdom.

Went on a wrestling trip here, one of the best places to shop, swim, and explore the beach alone, all inclusive giving us beach, indoor and outdoor pools, spa access, and much more. Great spot on the beach where it is located, had lots of fun here wrestling and meeting people - very cheap items here as well to purchase. Very fun beach activities and sports to play during the day.
