a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

I am going start by saying that we have already booked to go back straight away on our return to Ireland . From when we arrived and got a warm welcome and amazing cocktails after midnight to the fabulous team that couldn't do more for us. Clean functional rooms with a beautiful view over the UNESCO Sand Dunes. Bar and restaurant team were on the ball and choice of food did not disappoint-loved the theme dinner choices . Plenty of options for all and every dietary requirement catered for. One small disappointment was only 1 person on omelette station in the mornings. Had to wait 10 mins for a delicious omelette. Now I need to praise Rado the GM. Absolutely a gent and a big asset to the hotel. His warmth,friendliness with each guest and absolute professionalism was worth an 12 out of 10. As 1 hotel manager to another Love the adult pool area. It was nice and peaceful. I can now wrap this up and say to anyone that for value for money this hotel, team, food and drink choice will not disappoint

We have just spent 10 days at this wonderful resort. This is our 5th time in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria and our first at this hotel. We will most definitely come back. And not just because the hotel is spotless, the food is varied and delicious with something for even the pickiest eater, the pool area is clean with a friendly animation team, and all staff are welcoming and will bend over backwards to help. But the very best part of this hotel is Rado the Guest Relations Manager. He's polite, friendly and made our holiday experience one that I can't imagine could be beaten anywhere else. We highly recommend HI Imperial Resort.

Atmosphere amazing! Rado helped us out a lot such a nice guy!!! All in all great experience! As our first family holiday! Kids loved it! Will definitely be coming back next year!! Thanks Rado for all your help while we have been here!! Really appreciated it!!

Safe for children, lively, good location, friendly staff, good snacks Rado gave my daughter her birthday surprise by leaving her a toy in the room for her. I really appreciate that. Al Carta was very nice. Better to go in June when everthing is open outside the hotel. The indoor swimming pool is very nice.

Very happy with the quality of the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The food was of a good quality and always plenty but sometimes it was only warm not hot. over all we had a great time at this hotel. Looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future.
