I've stayed in so many hotels and never has a hotel been so bad. It's still 4 diamonds. Why? This is also the first time I have given a negative review to a hotel. Take a look at the pictures for yourselves. The environment is simply too bad. I don’t say anything about this hair, but I don’t say anything about hair. Look at this hair, does it look like hair? I probably don’t need to say more about what this is. This sofa is full of juice, can anyone do it? There is also the front desk. The reservation I made included good night hot milk and foot bath, but she didn’t mention it after I checked in the room. So I took the initiative to ask about these two rights, but she only answered a foot bath and said that they can be given. I only have a foot bath bucket, good night and hot milk but I still keep silent. If I don’t say that even the foot bath will be fooled, then why do you charge me the money? Moreover, the location of this hotel is super remote. I'm just talking about the location. The room is not soundproof. I can clearly hear people talking in the corridor in the morning. It woke me up at around 5 o'clock. The thing that pisses me off the most in the morning is the breakfast. You are a person who wants to tear down my door when you knock on it. Moreover, I have already answered your words and we have communicated. Why do you have to knock twice on the door when you answer my words again? Every time I answer something, I have to knock it hard twice. Is this how you train? Are you so confident in your door? Aren't you afraid of getting damaged? You're not afraid of breaking it, but I'm afraid of making noise, you know? It’s okay if you knock twice at first, but you have to knock twice hard every time before speaking. What does this mean? The experience of delivering breakfast in the morning is terrible. You are so angry about delivering breakfast. Who can eat it? . 一家三口出來旅遊，臨時在攜程上訂的，整體性價比很高，酒店周邊環境很優美，白天在周邊轉了一下，能看到大運河，景色很美，房間很乾凈，衞生做的不錯，提供了一次性的馬桶墊和一次性的泡澡袋，房間給做了升級，這點細節做得很好。前台的服務也很熱情，小姑娘滿臉堆笑，看出來是真心服務。我們是開車的，到萬達也就幾分鐘時間，所以説吃飯還是很方便的，整體來説非常滿意。

當初預訂這家酒店，就是衝著它在京杭大運河邊上的優越位置。到店後，發現比想象中還驚艷！酒店周邊環境超棒，綠樹成蔭，空氣清新，飯後沿着運河散步，微風拂面，愜意得不行。停車也超方便，酒店有專門的停車場，車位充足，對於自駕出行的我來説，這一點真的太重要了，完全不用擔心停車難的問題。而且附近吃飯的地方特別多，各種特色美食應有盡有，不管是當地小吃還是精緻大餐，都能輕鬆找到，每天都能換着花樣品嚐美食。酒店分為兩棟，建築風格獨特，夜幕降臨後，燈光亮起，別有一番韻味，拍照超級出片。房間佈置得温馨舒適，設施一應俱全，乾淨整潔。晚上還有貼心的晚安牛奶和泡腳桶，海提供的一次性泡腳袋和中葯包，忙碌一天後，喝着牛奶、泡泡腳，全身心都放鬆下來了，睡眠質量直網上升。工作人員服務態度也很好，熱情又周到，從辦理入住到退房，每個環節都讓人感覺很舒心

最近和家人出門旅行，入住酒店體驗超棒，酒店緊挨着京杭大運河，設施不僅齊全，而且乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，零壓床墊，躺上去就不想起來。到了晚上，酒店的貼心服務更是讓我驚喜。阿姨按時送來了晚安牛奶，一杯下肚，温暖又安心。還有那貼心的泡腳桶，忙碌了一天後，泡泡腳，放鬆一下疲憊的雙腳，真的太愜意了，特別是有一次性泡腳袋還有中葯泡腳包。酒店的服務人員也都非常熱情，不管是辦理入住時的微笑相迎，還是在入住期間的悉心關懷，都讓人感到無比温暖。在這家酒店的每一刻都充滿了美好，真心推薦給大家！以後有機會再來這個城市，肯定還會選擇這裏！

酒店服務很好，晚上還提供熱好的晚安牛奶，入住環境也很好，在一個運河文化產業園裡，出門一分鐘就是京杭大運河，前台的33服務態度很熱情，安排的房間很不錯，房間也乾淨衞生，礦泉水免費續，洗衣房健身房24小時開放，挺不錯的，入住體驗感很好

酒店在運河旁邊，一共兩層但有電梯，可以免費停車，據説是糧庫改建的，四庫五庫是一家，早餐在四庫二樓，有蛋紅薯玉米粥麪豆漿蛋炒飯包子蒸餃等 馬桶是半智能的會自動沖水，有提供一次性馬桶套，水很熱乎但下水比較慢，房間面積相對小了一些，三個人的行李有點鋪不開，插座挺多，被子和床單不夠乾淨，有灰黑的灰塵類臟東西，被套有個破洞 晚安牛奶和足浴可以預約晚上八點半或者十點半的 附近項王故里和萬達都不是很遠
