上面的環境很好，房子很大，老闆人也特別好，給我免費升了房，電視屏幕也很大，看着很爽，就是洗澡熱水要等上一會兒，大概半小時左右，在宿遷學院附近，交通還挺方便

地理位置挺好的，離項王故里和博物館也就十來分鐘的腳程，離景點不是特別近，就不會很嘈雜。位置沒有其他評論説的那麼難找，找到旁邊紅色的店門頭，還有一個託管所藍色門頭就行，中間的大樓按電梯上2層就是了。房間佈置得還不錯，榻榻米挺舒服，設施啥的都很齊全，吹風機很好用，還有小米體重秤😂但是有幾個小缺點：泡池的水不夠熱（後面乾脆直接出涼水），用房間的兩個水壺燒水又挺慢，大冬天的泡得冷了點，可能天熱點的時候還好些，不建議大家天很冷的時候訂泡池房。房間的空調製熱也不是很好，衹有兩個出風口底下暖和，暖氣不蔓延到其他空間，整體來説略冷了；沐浴露是清涼型的，這次出來旅遊忘記自帶沐浴露了，用了酒店裡的，一抹身上覺得也忒冷了！建議換一些冬夏通用的款😓入住的全程沒看到前台有人，但是直接給他們打電話就行，不會説有問題找不到人，

房間裏的設施大多數是一次性的，床單被套看着也是薄薄的次拋型，衞生相對較有保障。酒店位置相對不太好找，要從一個不起眼的門進去坐電梯上樓，一共大概八九個房間的樣子，規模不大。此外隔音不是很好，日式榻榻米房間因為用的是竹簾且臨街，所以晚上比較透光。衞生間/浴室半邊無遮擋（室內可見），介意請慎選

房間有一面牆紙是多啦a夢其他的麪都是藍色 還有一大一小的娃娃 特別特別好看温馨 每天都有阿姨來定期打掃 每天都會動礦泉水 還有一個特別特別大的電視📺 廁所除了洗髮水沐浴露 還有身體乳洗手液護手霜特別的貼心 性價比特別高
