太讓我失望了！這麼大型的酒店，電梯竟然會出故障，我直接被困在了26樓。整整十幾二十分鐘，簡直度日如年，更讓人後怕的是，電梯裏所有的救援按鍵形同虛設，按下去毫無反應，既沒有回覆，也沒有聲響。想打電話求救，電梯裏卻一點信號都沒有，幸好同行的朋友發現我失蹤，四處尋找聯繫到前台，我才得以獲救，這可是高層酒店啊，一旦電梯從26樓極速墜落，後果不堪設想。這次我算幸運，平安無事，但一想到就心有餘悸。在此提醒大家，選擇這家酒店時一定要慎重，畢竟誰也不想拿自己的生命安全冒險。

華住的環境和服務一直都是很好的，出門玩也是衹住華住，這次體驗很差的原因衹有一個，就是前台服務……住華住這麼多年，第一次見到態度這麼差的前台，十年一見啊…瞬間抵消了我對華住多年以來的好印象

前台服務特別熱情，細心介紹房間佈局，還有周邊的吃飯玩的地方，酒店旁邊有一個小吃街，很多本地小吃，房間衞生也是一塵不染，床也很舒服，再是酒店的早餐特別豐富，味道也很好。品種特別多，房間的隔音效果好，小度很智能，很方便，晚上睡覺很安靜。各方面都很滿意，是一次非常棒的住宿體驗。
