Great Budget hotel and must say best within its class. The room is clean, not that big but has everything we need. The bed is clean and comfortable all of us had a really good rest. Good room temperature and big window. Staff was also polite and accomodating.

Check in: 05 Dec 2021 Check out: 11 Dec 2021 Room: 602 (upgraded ALL Platinum Status) Check in 10/10 Pros: Very Efficient and welcoming Cons: none Room 602 Cleanliness: 9/10 Bed : 7/10 (theres small spot on linen and bed cover) Bathroom Cleanliness: 9/10 Hot water : 10/10 Water pressure: 10/10 (strongest pressure among accor hotels i have visited) Laundry 10/10 Laundry staff very polite and attentive to our needs Valet Parking Very polite and fast response Streat Resto (breakfast) Cleanliness: 6/10 (dirty table, chairs and some floors) Food Variety: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Best Food TERONG BALADO: 10/10 (MUST TRY!!) Nasi Goreng: 8/10 Mie Goreng: 8/10 Worst Food (need improvement) Soto Ayam : 5/10 Pecel : 5/10 Please pay attention to level of cleanliness in the resto area especially chairs and table where some left over still there.. Special mention to Mr. Kiky (Duty Manager) and Front Office Staff thank you for looking after us during the duration of our stay! I will definitely be back to this hotel just because of the location, bed quality and excellent service demonstrated by some Staff department i mentioned exclude resto which definitely need much improvement. Honestly, I've subscribed here. Incidentally, I got hit by the right shift receptionist when I checked in. If it's a girl with glasses, the problem isn't clear. Cold room. No leak. But hockey. Only the toilet. Where the spray is, there are small tenacious animals. 2x already this cake. Please pay attention. The rest of the shower is safe. Laen2 safe

I would like to thank you for the great stay i had at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I arrived around 12 p.m and i was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Mr.Asad (Receptionist Staff) was one of a very helpful, polite and fast to respond.What a very good job. The room was fantastic, it was great to be able to walk into a clean, spacious room and go straight to bed without worrying about a thing (Thankyou for the housekeeping team). Breakfast choice was fantastic. Recommend the traditonal foods. Will stay again for my business trip next time..cheers.

I found this hotel to be great for a budget traveler like me. I booked it through agoda.com for a discounted price. I stayed two nights which was a good experience. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is strategic because I could get access to public transportation right in front and to food vendors when I was hungry. The facilities like lifts, toilets, etc in the hotel are excellent. Room's space is good and comfortable. The only non-positive comments from me are: no breakfast included because of the discounted price. I had to pay extra Rp50,000 for a small plate of fried rice and two slices of bread and a cup of coffee. I could get better offer with that 50,000 outside the hotel. Anyway, no big deal. I can further say that for one person only. I also saw women's hair underneath the bed. I guess they have not cleaned the room properly yet. Overall, the experience is good. I still recommend this hotel to other travelers.
