The hygiene was acceptable, and the views were pretty good too. It was convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was nice. The only downside was the poor soundproofing in the rooms; I had to wear earplugs every night to sleep, but the service was good overall.

Checkin was very smooth. Breakfast was splendid both in terms of food and service. Room was dirty and not ready : nails in sink, stained and obviously not washed bathrobe, shower soap bottle empty. Coffee stick chewed and not fresh.

Great hotel with good service, outdoor areas would have been a better add on as there was nothing or nowhere to go on our lull times specially when pool and spa are already closed. But overall service is great and all the rest are very good especially if you are in business trip.

The room was absolutely gorgeous—everything was spotless, and it had a really stylish, modern vibe. It had everything I needed, plus a few extra touches that made it feel extra special. The bed was so comfy, and the view from the window was amazing

The hotel is good location for silent, relax. They have all facilities.

This is probably the best hotel in Surat . Excellent food, very clean & safe . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

Next time I will book this hotel again
